Biography

Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's in Security and Defense from the General Gutiérrez Mellado University Institute, he has specialized training in intelligence, human resources, CBRN defense and base and facility security, acquired in NATO and European Union environments.

Throughout his career he has commanded a battalion, leading large units and managing highly complex human and material resources, as well as performing evaluation functions for NATO units in areas such as INFOSEC, SIGINT, ELINT, cybersecurity and information management systems (ISO 27001). He has participated in UN, NATO and European Union peacekeeping missions in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa, and has worked at NATO and EU headquarters.
