The course (PSSC) Security Procedures Applied to Citizen Security. provides a comprehensive training program aimed at strengthening operational capabilities for intervention, prevention and risk management in urban and community settings. Developed by A-GLOSS, this program is designed for security professionals and law enforcement personnel who need to incorporate modern protocols, tactical criteria, operational planning and interagency coordination to act effectively in critical situations.
Throughout the course the essential principles of operational tactical intervention, are addressed, including threat assessment, decision-making under pressure, operational communication, coordinated deployment and post-action analysis of results. The objective is for the participant to consolidate skills applicable to the real field of operations, respecting criteria of legality, proportionality, fundamental rights and international best practices.
The training incorporates scenarios and dynamics typical of public safety: public disorder, urban violence, diverse emergencies, crimes at critical points, preventive operations, evacuations, mass incidents and situations where control of the environment and tactical situational awareness are decisive to preserve the physical integrity of all parties.
The course combines theoretical modules with a practical focus, integrating operational protocols, analysis of real cases and simulation exercises, with the purpose of developing professional judgment, tactical adaptability and response capability.
At the end, the participant will receive a certificate of completion endorsed by A-GLOSS, certifying knowledge and competencies in operational procedures applied to public safety, urban tactical intervention, risk assessment and professional coordination in critical contexts.
