Course description

The course prgt safety procedures with agitated people is designed to train agents and operational staff in the safe, legal and professional management of interventions with persons in a state of psychomotor agitation.

The training covers techniques for observation, effective communication, conflict de-escalation and safe physical containment, applied only when strictly necessary, respecting the principles of proportionality, necessity and congruence.

Work is conducted on real scenarios and critical contexts such as public spaces, hospitals, private residences, detention centers and institutional environments, strengthening the decision-making under stress, the operator's emotional control and inter-institutional coordination.
